Welcome to Condo Bakery. There is a long and rich heritage attached to our special little shop out here in Central West NSW.
The original Condobolin Bakery was established prior to 1899 by Charles White. The building has only ever traded as a family operated bakery, with the Willis family laying firm foundations for all to follow after pegging away for 70 consecutive years from 1907.
There has been a handful of owners since the Willis family retirement in 1980. The Curtis family being the only others to notably trade beyond the 10 year mark.
New owners took over in 2013 and today we are know as Condo Bakery. We specialise in handmade Australian styled bakery products. We use as much locally sustainably sourced product as practical
